In August 2026, Bill Gates published an essay proposing that as AI and robots improve, certain jobs be deliberately set aside for people — not because AI can't do them, but because we choose not to let it. He called this idea Human Reserved, loosely modelled on how nature reserves protect land we could develop but choose not to.

This site is an early, independent attempt to build a place where that category of work can actually be found — a job platform for roles reserved for people. It has no affiliation with Bill Gates or the Gates Foundation; it's simply inspired by the idea.
